Before submitting a support ticket, check these instant resolutions to our most common player queries:

Q1: My phone shows “App Not Installed” when installing the APK. How do I fix this?

This occurs when your phone has insufficient storage or a legacy version of the app installed. Ensure you have at least 150 MB of free storage, uninstall any older versions of Ever 777, and toggle “Install Unknown Apps” in your browser settings.

Q2: Did not receive the 250,000 Starter Coins?

The starter bonus triggers automatically on your first app launch. If coins do not reflect immediately, close the app from your recent apps tray, ensure your internet connection is active, and relaunch. The balance will sync with our cloud server instantly.

Q3: How often can I spin the Mystery Wheel?

The Mystery Coin Wheel resets every 24 hours at 00:00 AM IST. Each spin awards between 5,000 and 500,000 free virtual amusement coins with zero real-money cost.

Q4: Can I transfer my coins to a friend?

To prevent fraud and maintain fair competition, virtual coins cannot be transferred between accounts. However, you can compete against friends in private card rooms or share your referral link to earn bonus coins together.
